Susan McWilliams, CSP, is an experienced Senior Legal Recruiter and Branch Manager at FrankCrum Legal Staffing since November 2010. Prior to this, Susan owned and presided over Proxy Recruiters, Inc., specializing in direct hire recruitment for the legal sector as well as finance, information technology, medical, and administrative industries from January 2006 to November 2010. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Recruiter at Spoto Staffing Services, Inc. from April 1999 to December 2005 and as an Executive Assistant/H.R. Assistant at Richard Mulholland & Associates from 1997 to 1999. Susan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandising/Business Management from Bauder College, completed between 1991 and 1993.
