Magdalene Steele

Magdalene Steele has extensive experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Learning and Organizational Development Manager at Frankenmuth Insurance since May 2015, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating leadership programs, consulting on performance gaps, and creating communication strategies. Prior to this role, Magdalene worked as an Instructional Designer at American Express Global Business Travel from March 2014 to April 2015, focusing on eLearning course development and global onboarding initiatives. Magdalene also held a position as an Instructional Designer at Quicken Loans from May 2013 to February 2014, where instructor-led and computer-based training programs were created. Magdalene earned a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Michigan State University.
