Mahi Sultana

Mahi Sultana serves as a Senior Customer Success Executive at IIHT Ltd since March 2022, facilitating smooth training processes through interaction with associates and learners, explaining procedures to new trainers, arranging assessments, and serving as a liaison between executives and employees/clients while also managing reports and internal databases. Additionally, Mahi has held the role of Guest Relations Coordinator in the operations sales and training department at Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute since November 2015 and has experience as a Training Coordinator. Mahi completed education at Citizen High School in India.
