Marcus Dykes

Marcus Dykes has worked in the recruitment industry since 2013. Marcus began their career at Staff Australia as a Recruitment Consultant and moved to Talent2 in 2014, where they specialized in the permanent market for the Professional and Financial Services sector, recruiting for technical resources across Project Services, Applications, Infrastructure and Senior Leadership. In 2016, Marcus joined Medibank as a Talent Acquisition Advisor and Recruitment Stream Lead, acting as the Recruitment Stream Lead for the 1800Respect Telehealth Implementation. In 2017, they moved to UniSuper as a Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology. In 2019, Marcus was promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Macquarie Telecom Group. In 2020, they joined Catch.com.au as a Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology and in 2021, they were promoted to Senior Digital Talent Advisor at MYOB. Currently, Marcus is on Paternity Leave and is employed as a Talent Acquisition Manager at FrankieOne since 2022.

Marcus Dykes has a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology. Marcus is currently on paternity leave.
