Rudhir Patil

Rudhir Patil has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2004, Rudhir worked as a Software Engineer at Cubic. Rudhir then moved on to Navico in 2005, where they held the position of Embedded Platform Manager. In 2007, Rudhir joined Laird as a Sales Manager.

In 2012, Rudhir joined Invenco Group Limited as a Project Manager, where they successfully launched the G6 outdoor pay at pump terminal, establishing it as a market leader. After leaving Invenco, Rudhir worked as a Senior Project Manager at Wheel Deals in 2013.

Rudhir then joined Paymark in 2014 as a Senior Manager, Certification. Here, they played a key role in architecting and authoring REST API and ISO 8583 specifications for nationwide payment terminals. Rudhir also implemented agile processes and automated testing, resulting in a significant increase in EBITDA for the business unit.

In 2017, Rudhir took on two contractor roles. First, as a Business Delivery Manager at Merchants Hospitality, and later as a SaaS Technical Delivery Manager at Auckland Council. At Auckland Council, they oversaw the development of a SaaS web app for council services and implemented an UiPath RPA practice, resulting in considerable cost savings and recognition from government authorities.

From 2019 to 2022, Rudhir served as the Group CIO (+CTO) at Excelera Health, a healthcare start-up. Here, they enabled substantial growth in enterprise valuation and led the implementation of a digital platform for multiple lines of business. Rudhir also authored the Master Blueprint and Technical Architecture for various initiatives in the healthcare industry.

Most recently, Rudhir joined FrankieOne in 2023 as the VP of Engineering.

Rudhir Patil began their education history in 1999 when they attended The University of Auckland. Rudhir pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree with a focus on Computer Systems, which they completed in 2002.

In 2010, Rudhir enrolled at Xavier University and pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Their time at Xavier University lasted for one year, and they completed their MBA program in 2011.

Following their time at Xavier University, Rudhir moved to Santa Clara University in the same year to pursue a second Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Rudhir graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors in the same year.

Outside of their formal education, Rudhir has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant (SPC) through Scaled Agile, Inc. Rudhir also completed the PCI DSS Masterclass and PCI PIN Masterclass training conducted by UL Transaction Security in the same year. In 2015, Rudhir completed the Leadership for Managers program offered by Dale Carnegie Training. Additionally, they became a Xero Certified Adviser in 2016.

Most recently, in 2022, Rudhir obtained two certifications related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Rudhir achieved the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) and AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business) credentials from Amazon Web Services.
