Casey Phillips has experience in construction management and administration as a Field Representative in the Civil Department at Thomas & Hutton since April 2024, overseeing multiple civil projects with expertise in water, sewer, drainage, roadways, sidewalks, and land development. Prior to this role, Casey worked as an Administrative Assistant at Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. from October 2023 to March 2024 and served in various capacities at Frankie's Fun Parks, LLC from November 2016 to September 2023, including Park Manager and Team Supervisor. Additional experience includes working as a Landscape Technician at Special Systems Tree Service and Landscape from June 2017 to March 2020. Casey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina, earned between August 2020 and December 2022, and attended Montreat College from August 2018 to May 2020.
