Dan Dement has a diverse work experience starting from 2001, including roles in public relations, communications, marketing, and advisory positions. Dan is currently the Director of Brand & Product Marketing at Franklin Armory, where they focus on creating innovative firearms and accessories. Before this, they worked as an Advisor at ALLIANCE51 and Director of Communications at Firearms Policy Coalition. Dan also has experience as a Principal Consultant at Dement Public Relations, where they provided public relations and marketing services to various industries. In addition, they served as the Director of Communications at Conscious Capitalism, Inc., and held advisory roles at Distractive Media, Inc. and DeVry University. Prior to their roles in communications, Dan worked as a Regional Manager at DeVry University and as a Contract Account Supervisor at GolinHarris. Dan began their career as the Director of Public Relations at The Art Institute of California, where they successfully launched new programs and secured media placements for academic programs. During a personal sabbatical, they embarked on a 14-nation tour to gain cultural and global business experiences.
Dan Dement pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising from the University of Nevada, Reno. Dan then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from Argosy University. Prior to their university education, Dan completed their high school education at McQueen High School.
