Kimberly Cruz

Kimberly Cruz, PHR, has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting as a Branch Manager in 1986 and currently serving as the SVP of IT & Administration at Franklin Bank. Kimberly has also held roles as a Regional Manager and Branch Manager at various institutions. Kimberly holds an Associate of Science degree in Network Management from Rowan College of South Jersey and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
