Leadership Team

The current leadership team at Franklin College has a wide range of experience in different industries. The chairman and CEO previously worked in youth education and entertainment, while the director of sales and marketing comes from the Hoosier Lottery. The unit manager has experience with Philip Morris Companies, Inc., and the assistant professor of education comes from Illinois College. The director of the learning resource center is from Butler University, and the associate vice president for development is from DePauw University. The executive director of development and alumni relations is from Indiana University School of Optometry, and the director of development and student programs is from Indiana University Student Foundation. The CFO/assistant treasurer is from Ivy Tech Foundation, and the chief financial officer is from Community Trust & Investments. The executive director of client services is from NNC Group, and the financial manager is from Eli Lilly and Company. Finally, the outcomes analyst is from ProHealth Care. All members of the leadership team have at least a bachelor's degree, with many holding higher education degrees or coming from prestigious universities such as Duke University or Bowling Green State University.
