Joseph (Leo) Davenport has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at Franklin Construction Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at SouthLand Constructors, Inc. from December 2019, including Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, and Project Engineer. Joseph's career began at American Constructors, INC, where responsibilities as a Carpenter were held from June 2017 to September 2019. Additional experience includes a role as a Field Services Engineer Intern at WIRTGEN GROUP and a Project Engineering Intern at Martin Concrete Construction, Inc. Joseph earned a degree in Concrete Industry Management with a focus on Concrete Contracting from Middle Tennessee State University, completing studies from 2013 to 2019.
