The auditor's office handles a wide variety of important responsibilities that affect all of Franklin County's residents and businesses. The Auditor serves as the county's chief fiscal officer, safeguarding county money with innovative ideas and initiatives that protect the residents of Franklin County. The office oversees all of the county's weights and measures, ensuring customers get what they pay for at gas pumps and scanners. The office also assesses property values as required by Ohio Legislative Code, and licenses our dogs as required by state law.
