Dot Yeager

Dot Yeager has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the developmental disabilities sector, currently serving as the Superintendent/CEO of the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities since November 2002. In this role, Dot Yeager guides the organization's vision with a strong commitment to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Previous positions include Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Deputy Secretary in the West Virginia Department of Administration and Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche. Dot Yeager holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Franklin University and a B.A. in Economics from Bethany College.
