Jay Kulpa is an experienced professional in the fields of library and information science, social media strategy, and archival management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Kent State University and a Records Specialist at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Jay has a robust background in assisting with electronic case file management and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. As an active member of the ACRN Alumni Society, Jay has held various leadership roles, including President and Archivist, focusing on establishing ACRN Alumni Archives.
