Racquel Joy Xaybandith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child welfare and organizational health. Currently serving as Program Manager at Franklin County Children Services since June 2021, Racquel leads the newly established Organizational Health Department, focusing on culture change through equity, inclusion, and cultural humility across the agency. Previously, Racquel held various roles at Franklin County Children Services, including Volunteer Coordinator and Social Program Specialist, where responsibilities included training volunteers and managing staff training programs across eight counties. Racquel also has experience as a Child Welfare Supervisor and Caseworker, as well as an IRP Social Worker at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, providing critical support services to patients and families. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
