Jahi M. Harvey

Jahi M. Harvey, PMP, currently serves as the Deputy Director at the Franklin County Office on Aging since January 2023. Previously, Jahi held the position of IT Project Manager at the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services from January 2015 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading technology adoption projects, developing business processes, and managing a significant migration of 32 million documents to a statewide solution. Jahi also contributed as an Administrative Officer of Operations, planning communications and designing agency-wide tools, and has extensive public speaking experience, sharing best practices at various conferences. Jahi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications/Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Youngstown State University, along with certification from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional.
