Brent Spikes

Brent Spikes has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several decades. Brent began their career at Trane in 1994 as a Manufacturing Engineer and later rose to the position of Process Owner of Order Fulfillment / Manufacturing Engineer. In 2002, they joined Advanced Distributor Products as a Production Manager. In 2005, Brent started working at Franklin Electric as a Manufacturing Services Manager and subsequently held various roles, including Director of Distribution and Supply Planning, Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Director of Manufacturing & Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Brent then served as Vice President of Manufacturing before becoming Vice President, Global Water Engineering. Currently, Brent holds the position of Vice President Global Manufacturing Operations at Franklin Electric.

Brent Spikes obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University between the years 1989 and 1994. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Saint Francis from 2014 to 2015.
