Cesia Bear

Cesia Bear is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and office management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Franklin Energy since June 2021, Cesia has also held various roles at Resolve Human Resources, including Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Supervisor from February 2018 to May 2021.
