Dave Larson

Dave Larson has extensive experience in operations and program management within the energy efficiency sector, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Program Operations & Outreach Manager at Franklin Energy since March 2007. Key responsibilities include providing outreach support, training Program Managers, and conducting resource and energy savings forecasting. As Small Business Product Manager, Dave led the design and implementation of energy efficiency programs for utilities nationwide, while also supporting business development efforts. Prior experience includes management roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where six branches were successfully turned around, and innovative sales development at Romo Durable Graphics and Bemis Manufacturing Company. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Carroll University.
