Deanna Schauben is an accomplished energy engineer with a strong background in lighting engineering and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Energy Engineer II at Franklin Energy since January 2024, Deanna previously held the position of Lighting Engineer II at Centrica, where responsibilities included conducting lighting audits for various sectors, creating photometric models, and managing utility incentive applications. Deanna also has experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at Vanderbilt University, conducting experiments in mechano-electrochemistry and contributing to academic publications. An early internship at Neptune Precision Composites involved fabricating aerospace components and evaluating alternative materials. Deanna holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering, both from Vanderbilt University.
