John Caravella

John Caravella has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. John began their career at Marquette University as an Electrical Engineer and Physics Instructor from 1985 to 1988. John then worked as a Contract Engineer at WL Gore from 1989 to 1991. John joined the University of Colorado at Boulder as a Project Engineer for NOAA, where they developed an automated LIDAR system for collecting aerosol profiles of the atmosphere from 1993 to 1996. John later worked at Mercy Housing as a Business Analyst II and SharePoint Administrator from 2007 to 2011, and as the Manager of IT Support from 2011 to 2013. Currently, John is employed at Franklin Energy, where they have held various technology-related roles since 2014. John started as a SharePoint Administrator and gradually progressed to IT Services Manager, Customer & SharePoint Services Manager, Senior Manager of Technology, and is currently the Senior Director of Technology.

John Caravella obtained their High School Diploma from St. Catherine's High School in 1981. John then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Marquette University from 1981 to 1985. Following this, John went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Physics from Marquette University, which they completed between the years 1986 and 1988.
