John Phillip

John Phillip currently serves as a Program Manager at Franklin Energy since December 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Analyst at Tucson Electric Power from October 2020 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Outreach and Missions at Ascension Lutheran Church from September 2017 to October 2020 and as a Program Manager and Energy Advisor II at Franklin Energy Services from October 2008 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing the Residential Assistance program. John Phillip also worked as the Marketing Director at MTM from December 2005 to January 2009. Educational qualifications were obtained from Concordia University-Wisconsin, graduating in 2006.
