Charlotte Drury

Charlotte Drury has extensive experience in the field of people management and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of People & Performance at Franklin Fitch since March 2017, where Charlotte has held multiple roles including L&D and Academy Manager, and Academy Manager. Under Charlotte's leadership, Franklin Fitch has been recognized as The JobCrowd Top Company for Graduates to Work for, earning accolades for Graduate Training, Career Progression, and Support Services. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Biology Teacher at the British Council in 2016. Charlotte holds a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD, along with a focused education in Employment Law. Charlotte completed a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from Durham University and has achieved 10 GCSE's A*-B from Sawston Village College.
