Victoria Kruse

Victoria Kruse has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Human Resource Manager and Human Resources Director at Franklin General Hospital since May 2007. Previously, Victoria held the position of Marketing/Foundation/Volunteer Manager at Waverly Health Center from August 1997 to November 2003, and worked in sales at Red Fox Inn between February 1995 and August 1997. Early in their career, Victoria was involved in member services at the Des Moines Area Chamber of Commerce from 1993 to February 1995. Victoria Kruse earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Central College, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1991, following graduation from Pella Community High School in 1987.
