Rian Cuthriell, VP of Human Resources has been with The Franklin Johnston Group since 2013, its founding year. She began with the company as a Regional Property Manager and has 20 years of experience in property management. Rian quickly grew in her role as a leader with a strong understanding of all facets of the industry, and as TFJG quickly grew, it made her the perfect fit to develop and manage a Human Resources Department for the company. Since acquiring her role, Rian has built a full HR team overseeing recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HR policy and employee relations for over 500 employees. As her role continuously evolves and expands as the company grows, Rian consistently meets and exceeds expectations. Rian has a passion for creating and maintaining a positive company culture for all team members. It is that passion that earned her The Wendell C. Franklin Award of Excellence in 2017. In her free time, Rian enjoys giving back to the community and she is a founding and active member of the Circle in the Bridge, a fundraising group for the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.
