Brandy Coker

Brandy Coker currently serves as a Sales Market Research & Business Analyst at Franklin Madison since February 2020. Previously, Brandy held the position of Salesforce Administrator at Donlen from September 2019 to December 2019, where responsibilities included user administration, Salesforce customization, report development, data management, and end-user training. Prior to that, Brandy worked as District Director of Operations at Axcess Financial from June 2014 to March 2019, managing multiple retail locations and overseeing compliance, staffing, and operations. Brandy’s career began at Goody's Family Clothing as a Store Manager, followed by a role at New York & Company, where Brandy successfully led two grand opening locations. Brandy's extensive experience in human resources and sales management includes a tenure at Target, focusing on team empowerment and guest satisfaction. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Service Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has completed Salesforce ADM 201 training.
