Marla Rhoads has extensive experience in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Corporate Regional Sales/Marketing Director at Franklin Park Senior Living since January 2019, focusing on occupancy growth across all properties. Prior to this role, Marla held several significant positions at Capital Senior Living, Inc., including Regional Sales/Marketing Director, where oversight included 16 properties across six states, and Director of Sales and Marketing, renowned for achieving record occupancy levels for a new Independent Living community. Marla began their tenure at Capital Senior Living as Executive Director, successfully managing an Independent Retirement and Assisted Living community, increasing occupancy from 89% to 99%. Marla holds degrees in Business and Sociology from Northeastern State University and an Associate degree in Human Resources/Management Administration from Tulsa Community College.
