David Oldham

At Franklin Park, David supports the firm’s legal and compliance functions. He advises clients on legal matters with respect to private equity and debt investments and negotiates fund and direct investment documentation, including partnership agreements.

Prior to Franklin Park, David was a senior compliance officer dedicated to alternative investments and a senior operational due diligence analyst at abrdn, and a compliance associate dedicated to alternative investments at Morgan Stanley. David graduated in the inaugural class of Drexel University's Thomas Kline School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
