Meredith Sood, PHR

Meredith Sood, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Meredith started their career as a Code Compliance Project Manager - Intern at the Municipality of Monroeville in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Agency Business Development Assistant at Chicago Title Insurance Company. In 2008, they joined USO Fort Drum as a Programs Manager, a role they held until 2010. Later, they joined Franklin Retail Solutions, where they held various roles, including Sell-Through Specialist from 2013 to 2014, Recruiting Manager from 2013 to 2016, Director of Recruiting from 2016 to 2017, and currently, they are the Director of Operations at the company.

Meredith Sood, PHR, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in April 2017 and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2015.
