McGuffin, is an attorney who has previously served as the chairman of the board of trustees at LRGHealthcare and as treasurer at the County of Merrimack, NH. Stuart D. Trachy, another member of the board, is a principal and consultant with a background in philosophy, political science, and comparative religions.
