Drew Gundlach has a wide range of work experience in the creative field. Drew began their career at Gap Inc. as a Visual Merchandiser from January 2006 to July 2008. Drew then joined Franklin Sports and held various positions, including Catalog Production Artist from August 2008 to August 2009, Graphic Artist from August 2009 to March 2010, Senior Graphic Designer from August 2010 to March 2011, Creative Supervisor from March 2011 to March 2013, Creative Manager from March 2013 to January 2016, and most recently, Director of Creative Services since January 2016. In addition to their work at Franklin Sports, Drew Gundlach also served as a Digital Design Professor at Lasell College from September 2010 onwards, teaching introductory level courses on Adobe Creative Suite programs.

Drew Gundlach obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Design from Lasell University, graduating in 2008. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Oakmont from 2000 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Lasell University, completing it in 2013.
