Adam J. Tiktin

Adam J. Tiktin is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Managing Principal at United Capital since January 2023, focusing on wealth creation through strategic property acquisitions. Tiktin also holds the position of Managing Director - Investment Sales at Franklin Street since July 2021, specializing in the sales of shopping centers in Florida and other investment properties nationwide. Previously, Tiktin was President/Broker at Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services from April 2016 to June 2021, offering investment sales, research, and advisory services. Tiktin's career began at Marcus & Millichap, where a tenure from October 2001 to April 2016 culminated in the role of First Vice President Investments. Tiktin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business between 1986 and 1990.
