Clint Yoder

Clint Yoder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Clint started their career as the Director of Sales and Operations at Doug's Garage Door Service, where they were involved in all aspects of the company's operations and focused on building a competitive structure and culture. Later, they worked as a Senior Sales Associate at Kalil Commercial, specializing in the industrial asset class and providing solutions for tenants, buyers, and sellers. Clint then joined Rastegar Property Company as an Acquisitions & Investment Sales Senior Associate, focusing on acquiring and repositioning Multifamily assets. Currently, Clint holds the position of Director Multifamily Investment Sales at Franklin Street, where they leverage their industry expertise and resources to facilitate the disposition and acquisition of assets for multifamily owners, developers, and investors.

Clint Yoder earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington between 2003 and 2008.
