Eric Smith, CPCU, AIC, serves as the Director of Risk Management and Claims at Franklin Street since August 2015, overseeing Claim Advocacy Services for Commercial Real Estate Multifamily Owners nationwide. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Sr. Claims Advocate at Harden & Associates from July 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included delivering Claim Advocacy and Risk Management services across various industries and authoring a proprietary Multi-line Claim Best Practice Manual. Eric's career began at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where positions included WC Team Manager, Subrogation Team Manager, Corporate Trainer, and Senior Claims Adjuster, between May 1994 and July 2006. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1989 and 1993.
