Mark Savarese Jr.

Mark Savarese Jr. has a diverse work experience. Mark started their career as a Manager at Coldstone Creamery from March 2010 to July 2014. Mark then worked as an Equity Trader Assistant at MKM Partners in June 2014. In 2016, they interned as a Marketing Assistant at Adler Facial Plastic Surgery. From August 2018 to January 2020, they served as an Investment Sales Associate at Franklin Street, where they built relationships with clients and negotiated contracts. Mark then moved on to become an Investment Sales Senior Associate at Franklin Street, underwriting over $1.5B of multifamily real estate assets for acquisitions and dispositions. Mark is currently working as the Director of Multifamily Investment Sales at Franklin Street, starting in August 2022. Additionally, Mark Savarese Jr. has experience as a Professional Athlete with the Detroit Tigers from June 2017 to July 2018, and as a Division I Student-Athlete at the University of South Florida from August 2013 to May 2017.

Mark Savarese Jr. received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2016. Mark then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies from the same university, which they completed in 2017.
