Ryan Bohls

Ryan Bohls serves as the Regional Managing Director at Franklin Street since February 2024, contributing to a firm recognized as one of the fastest growing full-service commercial real estate brokerages in the nation. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions, including Managing Director and Director at NAI Partners from November 2019 to February 2024, and Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from August 2015 to November 2019. Previous experience also includes Vice President and Associate Director at JLL, along with positions at CBRE and Endeavor Real Estate Group. Ryan Bohls earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin between 2001 and 2005.
