Laxmi Narayana Gaddamidi

Laxmi Narayana Gaddamidi has extensive experience in project management and software engineering. Since May 2013, Laxmi has served as a Project Manager at Franklin Templeton India, overseeing end-to-end project delivery. Prior to this role, Laxmi was an IT Project Manager at HSBC Software Development India GLT from October 2007 to May 2013, responsible for project planning and team management. Laxmi's earlier experience includes positions as a Sr. Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam (2005-2007), where module leadership and quality assurance were key responsibilities, and at Boniva Software India Pvt Ltd (2004-2005), focusing on requirement analysis and module development. Laxmi began a career in software engineering at Object One Information Technologies Pvt Ltd (2000-2004), contributing to design and implementation efforts. Laxmi holds a Master of Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from PG College.
