Annie W. R. is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources with extensive experience across multiple industries. As Co-Founder of The O Six Foundation since September 2020, Annie focuses on supporting Canadian Chinese entrepreneurs. Since May 2015, Annie has served as Senior Total Rewards Partner at Franklin Templeton Investments, leading total rewards practices across Canada, EMEA, and Latin America, and managing various compensation and benefits projects. Previous roles include Senior Compensation Partner at Shoppers Drug Mart and Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Shred-it, with earlier positions at Spin Master Ltd., Patheon, Aviva Canada, Ford Motor Company, and Shui On Land.
