Christine Knupp

Christine Knupp has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Christine'smost recent role was as a Senior Compensation Lead at Franklin Templeton since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Compensation Manager at Macquarie Group from October 2021 to October 2023. Christine also served in various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Compensation Partner, Senior Human Resources Associate, Human Resources Associate, and as part of the Human Resources Rotational Analyst Program from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at US Foods in 2014.

Christine Knupp attended Penn State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Labor and Employment Relations. In 2014, they also studied abroad at IES Abroad in London. Additionally, they obtained the Smeal Honor Code certification from Penn State University in 2014.
