Danesh Ranchhod

Danesh Ranchhod, CFA has over 15 years of experience in the finance industry. Danesh began their career as a Buy Side Dealer at RECM, where they executed trades, conducted market analysis, and managed client portfolios. In 2008, they joined FUNDHOUSE as a Consultant, focusing on front office operational consulting in the asset management space. Danesh then moved to Optis Investment Management as an Analyst/Trader, where they specialized in trading and analysis. Since 2011, Danesh has been working at Franklin Templeton Investments as a Vice President/Executive Director, conducting fundamental analysis of African and South African companies, as well as multinational companies with high emerging market exposure. In this role, they also contribute to client report-backs and presentations.

Danesh Ranchhod, CFA holds a Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Business Science (Statistics Honors) from the University of Cape Town, completed between 1999 and 2002. Furthermore, they obtained their CFA Charterholder qualification from the CFA Institute in 2006.
