David Andrews CFA has extensive work experience in the investment industry. David started their career at Scotiabank as an Associate Director in Scotia Capital Markets. David then moved on to AGF Funds Inc. as a Regional Mutual Fund Wholesaler before joining AGF Private Investment Management as a Portfolio Manager. Following this, they joined SEI Investments as an Institutional Portfolio Manager. David then worked at Richardson GMP as the Director and Head of the Portfolio Advisory Group, where they managed the RGMP Cornerstone Portfolios and provided market insights and investment ideas. Currently, they are employed at Franklin Templeton, where they have held various roles including VP, Institutional Portfolio Manager and Vice President, Senior Client Portfolio Manager. In these roles, David has driven revenue growth and sales distribution, acted as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, and constructed custom portfolio solutions across multiple asset classes. David has also provided portfolio construction insights and advice to retail discretionary portfolio managers. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in risk analytics and portfolio management.

David Andrews CFA completed their undergraduate degree in Economics & Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Lawrence Park Collegiate from 1982 to 1986. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Learning to Be Approachable" from LinkedIn in the year 2022.
