Dheera Bhadani

Dheera Bhadani is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and policy initiatives. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Franklin Templeton, Dheera has previously held multiple managerial roles at Yokohama-ATG, including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Additional experience includes a fellowship with Young Leaders for Active Citizenship as a Policy in Action Fellow and internships at Mahindra Group and Colgate-Palmolive. Dheera holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
