Karl Hyppolite has held various software engineering and managerial roles throughout their career. Karl began their career in 1992 as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at National Community Bank. Karl then worked at companies such as Nabisco and Prudential Securities, where they served as a System Developer Consultant. In 1997, they joined Credit Suisse First Boston as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for developing the PrimeBroker Report Console System. From 2000 to 2003, Hyppolite worked as a Software Architect at First Data Merchant Services, where they developed the ValueLink Stored Value Merchant Helpdesk System. Karl then joined Aurafin LLC as a Senior Software Architect, where they developed a multi-threaded Message Dispatcher and a multi-tier external website. In 2006, they joined GlobalPex as a Senior Software Architect and was responsible for the software development of the GP IMC Client & Server. In 2007, Hyppolite returned to Franklin Templeton Investments as a Principal Software Development Engineer, leading the architecture of the Equity Global Trading OMS. Karl then served as Lead Software Engineer and IT Manager at Franklin Templeton, where they implemented Agile methodologies and built a MicroService infrastructure. In 2017, they joined Raymond James as an IT Director, responsible for the support and enhancement of Raymond James Order Entry Trading applications.

Karl Hyppolite earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CSC) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ from 1993 to 1995, majoring in Computer Information Science (CIS).
