Robert Smith

Robert Smith is the Head of Business Administration at Franklin Templeton, having previously served as the Director of US Distribution and Director of Sales Enablement. With extensive experience in sales and business administration, Smith was formerly the Director of US Sales and Director of Sales Services at Legg Mason from 2011 to 2020, and held various positions at Citigroup from 2002 to 2005. Smith earned a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Business Sustainability Strategy, both from Penn State University. Prior to their roles in asset management, Smith worked as a Treasury Specialist at Prudential Financial from 1999 to 2001.
