Tiana Evelyn

Tiana Evelyn, aPHR, is an HR Shared Services Specialist at Franklin Templeton, where responsibilities include managing full-cycle internship recruitment with a focus on diversity, utilizing platforms such as Workday and Handshake. Prior experience includes serving as an Early Careers Coordinator at Putnam Investments, where Tiana designed diversity-focused recruitment strategies, and as an AmeriCorps Fellow at Boston Plan for Excellence, providing academic support to students. Tiana has also worked as a Teaching Assistant, Faculty Research Assistant, and Digital Summer Intern at Bryn Mawr College, as well as in IT and educational roles at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance and Girls Inc. Tiana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
