Ariana Roedeske

Ariana Roedeske is an experienced educator currently working as a Behavior Support Teacher at Franklin Township Community School Corporation since August 2022, focusing on IEP development, data collection, and implementing behavioral strategies in an emotionally impaired classroom. Previously, Ariana served as a Special Education Paraprofessional and held multiple instructional roles at Center Grove Community School Corporation, where responsibilities included crisis intervention, creating learning materials, and documenting student progress.
