Moohith Y. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy roles, currently serving as a Manager and Consultant at NeuroLeadership Institute India & South Asia since March 2020. Prior to this, Moohith held various managerial positions at FranklinCovey India & South Asia from December 2015, including Assistant Manager and Senior Client Partner, following a tenure as Client Partner at FranklinCovey from October 2013 to December 2015. Moohith began professional career at Minda Furukawa Electric (P) Ltd. Bawal as a PE from August 2010 to March 2011. Moohith holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology Alwar, obtained in 2010, and completed high school at Naval Public School Mumbai from 2003 to 2006.
