Addie Thomas

Addie Thomas began their work experience in 2012 as a Public Affairs and Marketing Consultant, working as a self-employed individual until 2017. In the same year, they joined Bechtel Corporation as a Public Affairs professional for a brief period. In 2018, Addie transitioned to RRJ Consulting, where they worked in Government Affairs until 2022. Addie then joined Mitchell International as a Government Affairs Specialist, eventually becoming a Senior Regulatory and Government Affairs Specialist. Currently, Addie is employed as a Senior Researcher at FranklinCovey, a company focused on transforming organizations by developing exceptional leaders and teams.

Addie Thomas holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Honors Bachelor degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Advertising, from Idaho State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Social and Behavioral Research Investigators/Mentors from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in April 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in February 2021.
