Andrea Ferris began their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at McCormick & Schmick's. Andrea then transitioned to the role of Catering and Events Sales Manager in November 2012. During their time at McCormick & Schmick's, Andrea focused on providing exceptional hospitality to guests and supporting the growth of employees. Andrea also contributed to the company's involvement in community programs and organizations. In 2016, Andrea joined FranklinCovey as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and BD Team Lead. In this role, they collaborated with organizations to help transform their leaders, teams, and cultures using FranklinCovey's content and principles.
Andrea Ferris attended Northwood University from 2003 until 2008, where they pursued a degree in Business Management with a specialization in Hotel, Restaurant, and Resort Management.
