Austin Haslam

Austin Haslam has had a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked as an Independent Sales Partner Business Lead for Vemma, where they delivered sales and product training to a team of 40+ sales partners and managed a sales team in two different areas. In 2016, they became a Business Owner of Upaylessdesigner, a company that sold lightly used designer dress shoes at a discounted price. Austin sold the business in April 2019.

In 2017, Haslam worked as a Religious Educator at the Missionary Training Center, where they trained over 1000 LDS missionaries in various skills such as teamwork, goal setting, and teaching. Austin also helped teachers improve their teaching methods.

In 2018,Haslam joined FranklinCovey as a Leadership Intern and later became a Client Partner - Education. In this role, they partnered with educators, students, and their families to promote positive behavioral changes through the Leader in Me program. This program focused on transforming school culture and helping children develop social-emotional skills and workforce readiness capabilities.

Additionally, Haslam also worked as a Social Media Marketing & Sales Intern for Alpine Physical Therapy, Alpine Fitness, & Shop Utah, where they managed social media accounts and filmed/edit promotional content.

Most recently, Haslam co-founded Haslam Photo & Film in 2019, where they serve as the co-owner and lead wedding videographer. Austin has built a team of creative professionals across the country, creating professional wedding films and photography for couples, aiming to create family heirlooms for their clients.

Austin Haslam has earned an Associate's degree in Integrated Studies with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Business Management from Dixie State University. Austin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with concentrations in Speech Communications and Psychology from Utah Valley University.

In addition to their formal education, Austin Haslam has obtained various certifications from FranklinCovey. Austin has acquired the 4 Disciplines of Execution® Knowledge Certificate, the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership™ Knowledge Certificate, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Knowledge Certificate. These certifications were obtained in June 2021.
