Barbara Hendrickson's work experience includes serving as a Senior Client Partner at FranklinCovey since 2015. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Barbara worked as a Senior Account Executive at AchieveGlobal from 1999 to 2013. In this role, they focused on business-to-business sales of workforce learning solutions, including leadership development, sales effectiveness, and customer service. Barbara had a proven track record of success in new business development, account management, cold-calling, forecasting, strategic business planning, training, contract negotiations, pull-through marketing/branding events, and project management.

Before their role at AchieveGlobal, Barbara served as a Divisional Sales Director at ARAMARK Corporation from 1990 to 1999. Their responsibilities included outside, direct business-to-business sales of refreshment and food services to small, medium, and large businesses. Barbara was in charge of new business development, existing account management, contract negotiations/renewals, product training, and customer service.

Barbara Hendrickson completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management with a minor in Healthcare Management at Concordia University-Wisconsin. Barbara pursued this program from 2009 to 2014.
